1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services provided by Light Bulb Technology L.L.C. ("Lightbulb," "we," "us," or "our"), including lightbulb-technology.com, atlas.lightbulb-technology.com, and related products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Services
Lightbulb provides Enterprise OS, an autonomous operating system for organizations, along with Atlas (a financial data platform) and related tools. Services may change over time as we develop and improve them.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions (e.g., Atlas) are billed according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and materials in the Services are owned by Lightbulb or its licensors. Enterprise OS is proprietary and closed-source. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without explicit written permission.
7. Financial Disclaimer
Content provided through Atlas and related services is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency and financial markets involve significant risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lightbulb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
